Dr. Gross graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University with a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience, where she developed a deep appreciation for the brain and the eye. This led her to pursue a Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Houston, graduating cum laude.
Throughout her education, Dr. Gross actively sought diverse experiences to expand her optometry expertise. She completed externships focusing on family eye care and ocular disease, honing her skills in diagnosing and managing a wide range of eye conditions. Furthering her commitment to excellence, Dr. Gross pursued an additional year of intensive training at the VA Medical Center in Portland, Oregon, as part of a residency program. This experience deepened her understanding of the interplay between systemic diseases and ocular health, enabling her to provide comprehensive care to patients with various medical conditions.
Since 2017, Dr. Gross has served as an associate optometrist in the Houston area, building strong relationships with her patients through compassionate care and personalized attention. In 2023, she proudly helped to established Heights Vision Specialists, where she aims to deliver top-quality vision and medical eye care to individuals and families.
